1. The service

Kienvios is a platform for bulk WhatsApp messaging through Meta's official API (WhatsApp Cloud API), including campaigns, templates, contact imports, reports, link shortener, workflows and an integration API.

2. Account and responsibility

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity in it, including dispatches made by members of your organization and by API keys.

You must provide truthful information at sign-up and keep your data up to date.

3. Acceptable use

Using Kienvios for spam, unsolicited messages without consent, illegal content, or content that violates WhatsApp Business policies and Meta's terms is prohibited.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of the account, without prejudice to applicable legal measures.

4. Plans and payment

Current plans and limits are those shown on the pricing page. Per-conversation fees charged by Meta are passed through with no markup and may vary according to Meta's official pricing.

5. Availability and changes

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but it depends on third-party services (Meta, Cloudflare). We may change these terms with reasonable prior notice.
