1. Data we collect

Account data (name, email, phone), platform usage data, and the contact data you import to send messages (name, phone and additional fields you provide).

2. How we use it

We use data to operate the service: authentication, campaign dispatch via the WhatsApp Cloud API, delivery and read reports, click tracking on shortened links, and support.

We do not sell personal data. Your contacts' data is processed under your instructions, with Kienvios acting as processor.

3. Sharing

We share data only with providers required to operate the service (Meta/WhatsApp for message delivery and Cloudflare for infrastructure), under contracts that ensure adequate protection.

4. Security and retention

Passwords are stored with strong hashing, traffic is encrypted, and internal access is role-restricted. Data is retained while the account is active or as required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data at any time through the contact page. We will respond within the legally required timeframes.
